PLR’s eddy current and ultrasonic testing systems generate traceable data, which is provided via an expert system for evaluating rail quality or maintenance planning.

The integration of fully automated ultrasonic and eddy current testing systems into rail inspection trains allows for simultaneous detection and analysis of surface and volume defects. The use of automated eddy current testing systems on milling and grinding trains enables optimal maintenance implementation and provides evidence of the successful execution of these actions.

The hand-guided eddy current testing systems developed by us for unilateral or bilateral rail and switch inspections are based on algorithms used for automatic rail inspection, ensuring compatible test results at all times.
