New video: SPITZKE review on recently acquired LRB® 26 road-rail vehicles

The vehicle series acquired by SPITZKE consists of four units of the LRB® 26 model, which is developed specifically for use in overhead line work on railway track. The vehicles, customized to the needs of SPITZKE SE, were developed and manufactured by Goldschmidt Sweden at the Osby site (Sweden). The fourth and final unit was handed over to SPITZKE in November 2024, completing the delivery of all vehicles.

We spoke with Robert Schaetzke, Head of Overhead Line Systems, and André Sobottka, Head of Disposition at SPITZKE, about their experiences with the road-rail vehicles and how they were successfully put to the test in the recently completed Riedbahn project of Deutsche Bahn.
